Tradition calls Thailand -to float a basket- or else, Loi Krathong! To send bad spirits away and Welcome Good Luck and Good People to come in your Life for the upcoming Lunar Year!
Friends and family are gathered from early afternoon to prepare beautiful flower arrangements -baskets-, designed with all care, humbleness, creativity and imagination!!
So, 3rd November 2560, we first gathered at the Chaweng Bungy Jump opposite Samui Lakeside Hostel and helped Pi Wa make the baskets.. All charm, beauty and good vibes was placed in her offering to us!!

We then took the short ride down to Pru-Chaweng's festival by the Lake.. Locals and Farangs already gathered and floating their baskets, eating, drinking, singing and celebrating!!
Most grateful for this experience and most thankful to my friends Wassana Luton and Jinju Pruchaweng Seafood for welcoming me and introducing me to this magical Thai tradition <3
